Formed in August 2010, Dead School released their debut double single, ‘Frailties/Standing on the Edge’ on April 28th to great acclaim and have been receiving very positive reviews(Hot Press, Drop D.ie ect). The band have completed almost 100 gigs in their first 12 months and have been receiving huge national radio play in Ireland with their first two singles, ‘Frailties’ and ‘3:17’.

Mining a post punk vein with a live show that kills, Dead School are soon to embark on their first UK tour and will be back in studio soon to record their debut album, set for release in 2012. The post-punk terrain has been covered before, but Dead School bring elements of this sound kicking and screaming into 2011.
