Well My Evil Ex have the solution – Anti-Valentines Day! Having recently finished recording their debut album with producer Gavin Dunne (of Lotus Lullaby fame) My Evil Ex release their best recording to date – Lust, thirteen songs that kick Love in the guts and run away with it’s money. Lust blends Jazz, Blues, Punk and Rock into style thats unique and diverse while always remaining consistent throughout.

My Evil Ex’s live preformances have been described as “as intense as it is theatrical”(Murphy’s Live 2008) and their Anti-Valentine’s Day album launch for Lust promises to be no different! The sultry vocals by Aoife Conway, pulsating bass by Ronan McGrath, pounding rhythm’s by X, Intense guitar by Johnny B and blues wailing by Dylan Fitzgerald in The Pavilion on the 14th February should come as a very welcome tonic to the romantic dinner that was burned to perfection and the house nearly going up in flames from all the candles and roses petals strewn around the kitchen.
